The Pure Loan Process
Pure Plan

Pure Application
Online or over the phone, we collect the personal information needed to approve your loan.
Pure-Approval
Our pre-approval on steroids, you will upload income, assets, and other documents to our secure portal. An underwriter will review all of the documents. This allows you to make an offer with confidence, and close significantly faster.
Pure-Lock
Once your offer is accepted, we lock in your rate. You will need to sign disclosures, then pay for your appraisal (if required). You'll be assigned a loan partner to help gather any additional documents that will be required to get your loan fully approved.
Pure-Close
Once your loan is approved through underwriting, we will review final numbers, and it's off to the closing. You will sign your closing documents, wire your cash-to-close, and get your keys to your new home!
